Location

Duties

• Manage a full caseload of family law matters independently

• Conduct client intake and provide initial consultations

• Perform legal research and case analysis to support case strategy

• Draft, file, and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings

• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress

• Collaborate with colleagues to support firm goals and maintain quality service

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing family law (more preferred)

• Active license to practice law in Arizona and in good standing

• Proven ability to handle cases from intake to resolution

• Professional demeanor with strong client interaction skills

• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of Arizona (required)
