Duties

• Develop trial-ready strategies to achieve client objectives.
• Engage in business torts, contract disputes, and insolvency matters.
• Evaluate early exit options to minimize litigation costs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bankruptcy litigation.
• Strong understanding of complex commercial litigation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
