Duties

• Handle Social Security Disability cases, including hearings and appeals.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.

• Manage a high-volume caseload independently.

Requirements

• J.D. and active U.S. State Bar (any state) in good standing.
• 3+ years' experience in Social Security law preferred, or 3+ years attorney experience with a willingness to learn Social Security law.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients and achieving results.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Active U.S. State Bar membership in good standing.
