Duties

• Manage own caseload, including depositions and court appearances.
• Conduct arbitration hearings and motions.
• Perform general legal research.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in civil practice/negligence defense.
• Active member in good standing of the New York Bar.
• Experience in arbitration practices and strong writing skills preferred.

Education

• JD or better in Law.

Certifications

• New York Bar License.
