The ideal candidate should possess 5 years of quality healthcare experience, with a preference for experience in healthcare compliance. Admission to practice law in California and/or Arizona is ideal, but admission in other states may be considered.

Job Overview:

The Healthcare Attorney will provide legal counsel and support to the law firm's healthcare clients. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare laws and regulations, focusing on compliance. The attorney will work closely with clients to ensure their legal needs are met in the ever-evolving healthcare landscape.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on healthcare-related matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements within the healthcare sector.
• Stay informed about changes in healthcare laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings related to healthcare issues.
• Conduct legal research to support healthcare cases and initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in healthcare law.
• Preferably, experience in healthcare compliance.
• Admission to practice law in California and/or Arizona (consideration for admission in other states).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of California and/or Arizona.

Skills:
