Duties

• Structure franchise and supply chain programs for companies.
• Counsel on franchise regulatory compliance.
• Handle franchise, supply, and distribution dispute resolution.
• Draft Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and manage registration processes.
• Conduct research on commercial contracts.
• Assist in resolving relationship disputes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in franchise and distribution law.
• Experience with global supply chain contracting.
• Experience in a law firm or similar environment.
• Superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in growing and supporting a national practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.

Skills

• Experience with international transactions, including franchising and licensing.
