Duties

• Conduct and defend depositions and witness examinations.
• Interface with clients effectively.

Requirements

• Member in good standing with the New York Bar or eligible for admission by motion.
• Proficiency with WestLaw or Lexis, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Willingness to work primarily in an office setting with periodic remote work opportunities.
• Fluency in English.
• Authorization to work in the United States and the State of New York.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree or international equivalent from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility for admission by motion.
