Tax Attorney

The candidate must have 4+ years of transactional experience in the areas of corporate and partnership tax. Should preferably be able to provide tax advice with respect to corporate deal structures, tax planning, and compliance for business entities. Should also have experience representing taxpayers in federal and state administrative tax disputes before the IRS, state departments of revenue, and in tax litigation in both federal and state courts. An LL.M. in Taxation is required. Admission to New Jersey or New York Bar is preferred.
