Requirements

• General finance experience required.
• Experience with UCC and corporate law preferred.
• High level of academic achievement preferred.
• Solid law firm experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
