The candidate will be joining a practice area of ERISA. Will take care of ERISA claims, affordable care act compliance, tax and other regulatory compliance. Manage fiduciary issues, investment issues, plan design and drafting, plan qualification, general consultation as well as handling benefit plan-related litigation, withdrawal liability, etc. Must have portable book of business and 5+ years of experience in employee benefit plan matters, health and welfare benefit plans, and qualified retirement plans. Should have experience in handling employee benefit plan clients regarding administrative and operational issues. Must have a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Ohio bar. Being licensed in Kentucky and/or Indiana is a plus. Have strong technical skills, an excellent track-record, and a desire to grow practice.
