Duties

• Advise public and private companies on complex business transactions, including IPOs and equity offerings.
• Counsel companies on corporate and securities matters, including Exchange Act reporting and governance issues.
• Structure and negotiate public stock and debt offerings, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Run deals with strategic planning, delegation, and management of junior associates.
• Draft, analyze, and solve issues effectively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders to maintain client service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in capital markets and securities.
• Proven experience in managing complex transactions and client relationships.
• Admission to practice law in the state of residence.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
