Staff Attorney, Low Income Taxpayer Clinic
The candidate will be responsible for individual client representation in a variety of forums including the Tax Court, community outreach and education, strategic advocacy, and working in other areas within LAS to educate and assist with respect to tax matters. Licensed Attorneys admitted to the Tax Court or eligible to be admitted to the Tax Court will be given priority but consideration will be given to Enrolled Agents and applicants who can demonstrate federal income tax expertise because of a related academic degree, documented experience, or continuing professional education credits. Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
