• Assist in preparing cases for trial by organizing evidence and drafting discovery requests.
• Support attorneys during negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Manage case files meticulously to ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Attend client meetings and court proceedings to observe and learn legal protocols.
• Stay informed on current laws and regulations affecting various legal areas.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission.
• Proven experience in legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms.
• Prior internship or work experience in a law office setting, preferably in personal injury or insurance defense.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise legal drafts.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to analyze complex legal issues.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
