Duties

• Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Support case strategy development in collaboration with senior attorneys
• Manage assigned cases and maintain compliance with court deadlines
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in healthcare defense
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance considerations
• Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and court rules
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines efficiently
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• High level of attention to detail and analytical ability

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active membership in the State Bar of Florida
• Admission to Florida federal courts is preferred but not required
