Duties

• Manage complex construction litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis.
• Participate in court hearings and dispositive motion practice.
• Engage in depositions, including taking and defending key fact and expert witnesses.
• Utilize various dispute resolution methods, including mediation and arbitration.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of commercial or construction litigation experience.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal matters independently.
• Strong analytical skills and practical approach to litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Florida Bar admission.
