Duties

• Represent clients in complex first-party insurance coverage matters

• Draft and review legal documents including coverage opinions and pleadings

• Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality written analyses

• Participate in strategy development and client communications

• Handle discovery, depositions, and court appearances

• Collaborate with partners and team members on high-stakes insurance litigation

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience specifically in first-party insurance coverage

• Demonstrated ability to manage insurance-related litigation matters independently

• Strong work ethic with a client-focused mindset

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas (required)
