Duties

• Assist clients in acquiring and disposing of NNN industrial, commercial, retail, and medical properties.
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases.
• Facilitate real estate closings.
• Navigate tax increment financing and property tax abatement procedures.
• Manage transactions from inception to completion.

Requirements

• Strong academic background.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Ability to obtain admission in the State of Iowa promptly.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active attorney license.

Skills

• Proficiency in real estate transactions.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
