Requirements
- JD from 2020 to 2024.
- Previous large law firm experience required.
- High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
- Strong preference for candidates licensed to practice law in California and in good standing.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in California preferred.
Skills
- Experience with venture capital, private equity, or growth equity funds.
- Knowledge of the Investment Company Act, Investment Advisers Act, and Securities Act.
