Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience practicing immigration law, focusing on employment-based cases.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility for admission by motion.
• Proven track record of successfully handling immigration cases from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
