Legal Intern
Intern will support Director of Special Projects & Initiatives on a range of legal issues pertaining to the elevated levels of food insecurity resulting from the COVID-19 economic and health crisis. Will conduct research related to addressing hunger among populations at particularly risk such as older adults, immigrants, and LGBTQ people. Research may also include topics related to civil rights and privacy protections accorded participants in nutrition programs. Support work to encourage health providers to screen and intervene to address food insecurity.
