Should have 5+ year(s) of progressively responsible post-qualification legal experience in the field of corporate law, either at a recognized law firm (or a combination of law firm and in-house). Possessing experience in general corporate law, including commercial transactions and contracting, regulatory analysis, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions is a plus. Possessing working experience in relation to foreign and/or multi-jurisdictional legal issues, especially in Asia and South America, and a willingness to operate on a flexible schedule to accommodate international time zones is preferred. Possessing working experience with offshore subsidiaries of US companies is a plus. Should be admitted to practice law in at least one US state and is in good standing.
