Duties
- Handle bid protests and acquisition regulation interpretation.
- Draft and analyze REAs and claims, and manage CDA claim litigation.
- Advise on federal subcontracting, terminations, and compliance issues.
- Address OCIs, suspension, debarment, and small business procurement.
- Engage in GovCon M&A and industry-specific matters as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in federal government contracts law.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently on certain matters.
- Interest in partnership and client development.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications
- Bar admission in good standing.
Skills
- Proficiency in FAR and DFARS compliance.
- Experience with multiple award contracts and related disputes.
- Knowledge of aerospace, defense, infrastructure, or life sciences industries is a plus.
