• Manage performance metrics to track achievements and client satisfaction using practice quality software.
• Represent clients effectively in court and during legal proceedings.
• Develop and implement case strategies that align with clients' objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law and relevant legal developments.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• 3-6 years of litigation experience, with a focus on family law.
• Proven 1st chair family law experience.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical programs and software.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited university.
• South Carolina Bar License.
