Duties

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Montana (required).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation defense.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage a busy caseload.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Advanced research and persuasive writing skills.
• Interest in marketing, networking, and client relationship development.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
• Trial experience (preferred).

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Montana State Bar membership.
