The candidate will have diverse legal interests and have the opportunity to work in a variety of different legal fields, including: administrative law, civil litigation and appeals, consumer protection, criminal prosecution and appeals, environmental protection and utilities law, Medicaid fraud, and other various areas of law and policy. Will work in the office as volunteer clerks or through an externship to receive school credit. Get substantive experience. In addition to unique hands-on work experience, have opportunities to engage in group discussions related to work in the office, speakers invited to share practical experience, social opportunities, and other activities to supplement summer work experience.
