A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level Associate to join its Commercial Litigation Practice in Seattle. This role involves representing high-profile clients across a wide range of industries in complex litigation matters. Ideal candidates will have 4–6 years of experience and be ready to contribute meaningfully to a collaborative, fast-paced, and sophisticated legal team. The position provides opportunities to work on major commercial disputes in federal and state courts, with ample room for professional development and client interaction.

Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including:
Business disputes (corporate, LLC, and partnership conflicts)
Class actions
Contract disputes
Real estate, lending, and leasing disputes
Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice
Draft pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and settlement agreements
Conduct legal research and write memoranda and briefs
Participate in court appearances, hearings, and client meetings
Handle large-scale document reviews and productions
Collaborate with partners and team members on litigation strategies and case management
4–6 years of experience in complex commercial litigation
Strong background in managing discovery, drafting motions, and taking/defending depositions
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated commitment to client service and legal excellence
Experience with Am Law 100 firms is a plus
Must be admitted to practice in the state of Washington or eligible for admission
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
Strong academic credentials required
Law Review or Journal experience is preferred
Active license to practice law in Washington (or eligibility to become admitted)
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Strong legal research and analytical skills
Effective project and case management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-based setting
Strong courtroom presence is a plus
