A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Las Vegas, NV, to join its Personal Injury division. This role offers the opportunity to manage a litigation caseload from filing through resolution, including trial preparation, within a supportive and high-performing environment.

Duties

• Manage litigation cases from inception through trial or settlement.
• Represent clients in state and federal court, arbitration, and administrative hearings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct depositions, discovery, and develop case strategy.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation.
• Collaborate with internal teams on case progression and trial preparation.
• Maintain consistent client communication and strategic case management.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license and good standing with the Nevada State Bar.
• Proven experience handling litigation matters independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

• Active Nevada State Bar license
