Requirements

• Five to seven years of law firm experience focused on M&A and related transactions.
• Proven ability to manage and lead complex transactions.
• Strong client interaction skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois.
