Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Qualified to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum two years of estate planning experience.
• Elder Law and Medicaid experience preferred.
• Membership in the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
• Ability to take instruction from senior legal personnel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Public speaking ability.
