The candidate should have an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering or physics. Graduate-level experience or an advanced technical degree is a plus. Admission to the USPTO is strongly preferred. Should preferably have experience writing patent applications or office actions. Experience writing patent applications or office actions is strongly preferred. Involvement with patent analysis/opinions of counsel and IPRs is a plus.
