Duties

• Advise on tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
• Collaborate on private equity transactions and fund formations.
• Draft and negotiate tax provisions in various agreements.
• Prepare detailed tax memoranda and analyses.
• Work closely with partners across multiple practice areas.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of tax experience in a law firm setting.
• Strong technical tax skills and excellent judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with complex tax issue analysis and collaboration.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• LL.M. in Taxation preferred.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
