Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Transactional Attorney with 4-10 years of real estate transaction experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in representing developers, homebuilders, investors, borrowers, and lenders in complex commercial transactions. Duties:

• Structure, draft, negotiate, and review purchase and sale documents.
• Review due diligence, including title and survey.
• Handle transactions from inception to closing, including financing matters.
• Draft, negotiate, and review development documents.
• Draft, review, and negotiate leases.
• Review and prepare entity organizational documents.

Requirements:

• 4-10 years of real estate transaction experience.
• Experience in representing developers, homebuilders, investors, borrowers, and lenders.
• Proficiency in structuring, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various transactional documents.
• Strong understanding of due diligence processes, including title and survey reviews.
• Ability to manage transactions from start to finish, including financing aspects.
• Familiarity with drafting development documents and leases.
• Knowledge of entity organizational documents.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of Arizona.
