The candidate is responsible for supporting multiple timekeepers, completing various administrative tasks, and providing outstanding customer service to clients. Document production, proofreading documents, tracking deadlines and maintaining calendars, answering telephones, and maintaining confidential information. Must be willing to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment.
Should have legal administrative experience in a law firm setting, prior litigation experience, proficiency in all MS Office products, ability to work well under pressure while staying motivated, exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong tech skills are a must for this fast-paced position.
