Duties

• Oversee M&A matters with limited supervision.
• Work directly with partners, senior associates, and clients.
• Represent clients in complex corporate M&A transactions.
• Engage in business development activities.

Requirements

• Experience in complex corporate M&A transactions.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic and business development aptitude.

Education

• JD from an ABA accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice.
• Timely admission to the Bar of the state where the hiring office is located.
