Duties

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies.
• Provide clients with sound legal advice and maintain regular communication.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in insurance defense and litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation or the ability to relocate to Orlando, FL before starting work.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Florida State Bar and in good standing.
