Duties

• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the litigation process.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions to represent clients effectively.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of case management.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in civil litigation, with a strong focus on various practice areas.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and handle client matters independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar.
