Senior Manager II, Real Estate Strategy - Health and Wellness

The candidate oversees deal negotiations and due diligence from site selection through the construction process by reaching agreements on deal terms; presenting and guiding the team at various internal meetings, including closings, re-approvals, and operations meetings; and developing conceptual site plans and layouts. Will be responsible for holistic market planning and site selection including in-person site evaluations and will work primarily with partners across Legal, Design, Engineering, Architecture, Health and Wellness Operations, Store Operations, Finance, Merchandising, and Supply Chain as well as manage external real estate consultants and brokers. Analyzing markets to recommend and implement a strategy for existing and new health and wellness assets. Research, review, and analyze legal documentation (ECR, lease, deeds, purchase agreements, etc.) to understand and communicate project risk and economic prioritization for asset investment. Leading real estate trips with leadership to evaluate new asset locations and opportunities. Manage pre-approval due diligence process and conduct new asset presentations to officer-level leadership.
