A law firm seeks an Experienced Family Law Attorney in Folsom, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of family law litigation experience. This full-time, in-person role requires managing a full caseload and meeting billable metrics in a dynamic environment.

Duties

• Prepare stipulations, briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare for legal proceedings.
• Divide marital assets and provide legal counsel.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients and maintain detailed client records.
• Supervise paralegals and administrative assistants.
• Conduct and manage trials and legal proceedings.
• Record all time for billing and invoicing of clients.
• Travel to and from courthouses and hearings as needed.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Valid Bar license.
• Experience in legal negotiation.
• Ability to represent both parties in legal matters.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Professional judgment and demeanor.

Education
