Duties

• Represent bank and non-bank lenders in commercial real estate finance transactions.
• Engage in drafting and negotiating complex financial documents.
• Collaborate with team members on mergers and acquisitions.
• Participate in national class action court cases.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of commercial real estate finance experience.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the Georgia Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Georgia Bar admission.
