Job Overview

A law firm seeks a talented Litigation Associate Attorney in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in litigation and will manage their own caseload. This role involves representing clients in all stages of pre-trial litigation, including preparing pleadings and motions, drafting and responding to discovery, and making court appearances.

Duties

• Handle own caseload in litigation practice.
• Prepare pleadings and motions, such as demurrers and motions to dismiss.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests.
• Make court appearances as required.
• Engage in litigation involving wrongful foreclosure, eviction, and title issues.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with creditor's rights litigation in California.
• Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing.
• Additional licenses in AZ, WA, OR, TX, ID, and/or NV are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar License.
