The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in medical malpractice and experience with managing complex cases, depositions and discovery; some trial experience is a plus. Must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. Must have excellent oral communication skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are prerequisites.
