• Extensive due diligence experience in renewable energy projects.
• Experience advising on international trade restraints in the energy sector.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Engagement in business development and professional organizations.

Education

• JD from an accredited university.

Certifications

• Active membership or commitment to applying for the California, District of Columbia, Minnesota, Oregon, or Washington state bars.
