Duties:

• Represent employees in labor and employment disputes against employers

• Manage all phases of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and courtroom proceedings

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents

• Maintain communication with clients and provide updates on case status

• Work collaboratively with legal team members and support staff

• Engage in strategic case development and trial planning

• Ensure accurate and timely filing of legal documents

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation, including trial work

• Demonstrated experience handling employment law matters from start to finish

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously

• Strong analytical and writing skills

• High attention to detail and organization

• Commitment to providing high-quality client service

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar

Skills:

• Litigation strategy and trial advocacy
