Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its finance group, structured finance subgroup, in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and/or CLO.

Duties

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of structured finance, securitization, and/or CLO experience.
• Experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.
