Seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our New York or New Jersey Offices with solid experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including transactional matters, financings, leasing and title reviews. Experience with large commercial closings a plus. Candidates must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. College degree and/or paralegal certificate and 5 years of experience required.
