Duties

• Handle plaintiff-side class action litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in class action litigation.
• Experience with BIPA/GIPA is a plus.
• Bar admission to Illinois is advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in pleading, motion, and discovery practice.
