• Participate in financing transactions within the energy and natural resources sector.
• Contribute to oil and gas projects as needed.

Requirements

• Three to seven years of relevant experience in a law firm setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and assume significant responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
