The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in insurance recovery and be passionate about advocating for policyholders. The role involves representing clients in various aspects of the insurance recovery process, including analyzing policies, advising on claims, and handling disputes in both domestic and international contexts.

Duties:

• Represent policyholders in all phases of the insurance recovery process.
• Analyze insurance policies and claims data to provide insightful advice and strategies.
• Guide clients through the process of presenting claims to insurers.
• Negotiate, mediate, and litigate disputes arising from insurance claims, both in court and arbitration settings.
• Manage complex cases involving high-profile domestic and international insurance disputes.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, providing expert legal counsel on insurance recovery matters.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance recovery or related fields.
• Proven experience in handling insurance policy disputes and claim negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex insurance policies.
• Experience in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods such as arbitration.
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar or the ability to become licensed to practice in California.
