Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida State Bar or eligibility for admission.

  • Proven track record of handling complex legal cases related to elder care.
  • Strong understanding of relevant federal and state laws and regulations.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
