Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft litigation documents, such as motions and briefs.
• Assist with all phases of discovery.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of law firm experience in litigation.
• Commitment to client service and excellent communication skills.

• Eligibility to practice in New York.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
